Donna Dedee
President and CEO, Special Touch Bakery
Donna has been President and CEO of Special Touch Bakery since its inception in 2017. A strong and compassionate leader Donna is not just credited for helping the bakery establish and maintain a successful and sustainable business model, but for ensuring that the organization remains mutually focused on its mission.
A self-proclaimed head-cheerleader, Donna believes in her bakers and wants the world to see that when given an opportunity, people will show you just how capable they are.
Matthew Reynolds
Director of Operations, Special Touch Bakery
Matthew Reynolds joined Special Touch Bakery as Director of Operations, bringing with him over a decade of leadership experience in food production and a strong background in service and operational excellence. Before entering the food industry, Matthew served ten years in the U.S. Army—four years active duty and six years in the National Guard—including two deployments to Iraq. His military experience instilled in him a deep commitment to discipline, safety, and teamwork.
Since transitioning to the food production sector, Matthew has specialized in driving performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost. In 2019, he earned his MBA from Colorado State University, further sharpening his expertise in strategic operations and business leadership.
Matt Webster
Bakery Manager, Special Touch Bakery
Matt Webster has been with STB since inception, as he was, at launch, Assistant Bakery Manager. Matt was an integral part of the successful launch of Special Touch Bakery at inception—bringing a decade of broad bakery experience to our operation. His dedication, work ethic and expertise contributed to a well-deserved promotion to STB Bakery Manager in 2023, and he continues to lead his team to success.
As Bakery Manager, Matt oversees the team of bakers to ensure consistency and product quality through and through. He also leads the R&D team and works with customers to develop and refine their recipes. So, whether you are looking for a co-packer or private labeling solution, Matt will help ensure that your recipe is precisely as it should be and that every order is crafted to perfection.
